GUIDANCE FOR OUR CLIENTS
In these uncertain times we wanted to reach out to all our clients to let you know we are here to offer support and guidance over the next few months.
Health and wellbeing are the most important things right now.
We plan to remain open for business, although some or all of our staff may be working remotely. We will continue to prepare your accounts, VAT, payroll and tax returns in a timely manner, as far as possible, so please continue to send us your books and records and payroll information as usual. If you and your people are working remotely and / or struggling to keep your records straight then please let us know.
We hope to be still available for meetings where required, but we do have facilities to hold meetings via facetime and skype to minimise travel and contact.
This is going to be a tough time for business, as sales orders reduce and cash flow is hit. You will need to consider the impact of customers paying more slowly, as their cashflow is hit, and potential bad debts on your cash flow. Please do not hesitate to call us for assistance. We can help with liaising with your bank and negotiating extended time to pay arrangements with HMRC for PAYE, VAT and corporation tax, as well as advising on the raft of help in the recent budget.
